A little about me:

     I am a life-long Texan... Born in Austin and raised in Pflugerville. This will be my 24th year in public education.  Before coming to Benold,  I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999, and then after graduation I began teaching in Taylor, TX. 

My family and I moved to the Georgetown area in 2001.  My family includes my husband, my son (Cody), and three dogs.  

While science is my passion, I do have a few other hobbies.  I love to read books, play around with my cricut, sew and knit when the mood strikes, cook, and of course spend time with my family.
