Performances, Travel & Attire

Performance Attire:

Masquerade Ball - Fall Concert (October):

• A character costume or Halloween costumet (MUST be able to still play in the costume!)
  
  

Winter Concert (December):

• A nice/dressy seasonal outfit

• No jeans, shorts, joggers, sweatpants

 

Formal Concerts & UIL (February/March)

• Concert Black
  • Black close-toed dress shoes (NOT tennis shoes/sneakers/running shoes/Converse)
  • Black dress pants, or a black skirt
  • Solid black shirt or a black dress that meets school dresscode
  • No crop tops or leggings with short shirts
  • No black jeans
  • Black socks/panty hose/tights with solid black shoes

Solo/Ensemble Contest (April)

• Nice outfit OR Concert Black  
  
  
• No shorts or jeans

End of Year Concert (May)

• Orchestra t-shirt or Orchestra hoodie
• Jeans (no significant holes in knees or thighs)
• OR Nice outfit or Concert Black
• No shorts allowed

 

Orchestra Tour, trips & Pep Rally performances: (throughout the year)

• Jeans
• Current Benold Orchestra t-shirt or hoodie
